There is nothing that could have made our stay better…except staying longer!!! Our stay was amazing! This house is beautiful…from surrounding woods, screened in porch, spacious rooms, and wildlife to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again!!!
We stayed here for a family reunion. Other family were staying at other rentals in the surrounding area. It was a perfect space to regroup between events.
We loved our stay at Heather and Matt's place on Madeline Island. What a beautiful island and lovely community! The home was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The wi-fi was excellent. The windows throughout the home, along with the screen porch, offered a relaxing, immersive experience of the forest and wildlife of the island. Heather was very communicative and helpful. And La Pointe is an adorable town full of wonderful people and surprisingly good cafes.
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked to allow cooking in or eating out. We loved the area and didn’t want to leave.
Our stay in Matt and Heather's cabin was amazing! It had lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out, great amenities (the outdoor shower and fully stocked kitchen were excellent!), a great location, and the hosts were quick to respond to our few questions. It was magical to be eating breakfast and watch a family of deer walk by or to see woodpeckers in the trees. Thank you for such a beautiful cabin!

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful home, gorgeous wooded surroundings, quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute. We spent a lot of time on the spacious screened porch and on the patio. The bathrooms! So nice, very well done, we felt spoiled. Very comfortable bedrooms, and the kids were tickled pink with their “own” room with skylights to see the stars and lots to do. We love Madeline, this was our first stay in a rental on the island and it was wonderful. Thank you!

This place was everything we needed!! Somehow spacious and quaint, being tucked away in the woods gave us peace and solitude and was also great for the kids to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. The screened-in porch was our favorite place to hang out and we loved sitting in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and their kitchen had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend.

Lazy Feather was the perfect way to unplug and relax for a long weekend. Beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home. Wonderful to see the deer come by early in the am and just before sunset.

We had an amazing time at la Cabina. The house is absolutely gorgeous, high end finishes, luxurious bathroom, beautiful views from every room. It was perfect for our family. The wrap around deck, patio and fire pit were a great escape after our fun adventures on the island!

Heather and Matt's place was beautiful. Very clean, and lots of space. We liked that we were secluded, but only a short drive from town. Our favorite part was drinking coffee on the porch and watching the deer in the backyard! We can't wait to come back!
